Duluth

Duluth homes are always popular majorly because of the location. Median price of homes is not that high, but the city has luxurious subdivisions too. Because of the easy access to Highway, family has business/job in Atlanta or further south prefers to buying a home in Duluth. Duluth is a mature city and there isn’t large land to build new homes, so most of the new homes are townhomes. If you find new single homes, they’ll be mostly custom homes in small subdivisions or homes  near city of Norcross.

Duluth is located northeast of Atlanta. It has Gwinnett Civic and Cultural Center, Infinite Energy Center, Hudgens Center for Arts and it is home to Gwinnett Medical Center. A motto of Duluth is ” Pride in Old and New”. That statement tells a lot about this City. Some of the architectures and areas have been well preserved, at the same time many mixed use constructions has been introduced and seems to keep the popularity for a while.
