Grayson is located in Gwinnett County and it’s adjacent cities are Lawrenceville, Snellville and Loganville. In 2018, city of Grayson conducted online survey and the survey yielded 627 responses. 60% of the respondents live in the Grayson area. Among 627 answers, small town charm was selected answer to ‘ WHY YOU MOVE TO Grayson’ as a top vote(419 votes, 69% of the respondents). 311 votes, 51% of them chose ‘quality of the public school.’ Followed by affordable housing (213 votes, 35%) and parks and recreation opportunities (206 votes, 34%) according to Grayson city website.
City keeps historic commercial block on Grayson Parkway, and also many historic residences on Redbud Road, Rock Springs Road, Grayson Highway, and GA Highway 20 along with changes to the physical landscape of the community.
