Peachtree Corners is located to major highways, I-85, I-285, and GA 400 and about 21miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. The city is home to great parks, upscale shopping and national/international headquarters for a number of corporations. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, companies such as Insight Sourcing Group, BECA, Relus Technologies, NanoLumens INc., I.B.I.S., are among the ‘Atlanta’s Best Places to Work’ in Peachtree Corners. The biggest reason this city leads Gwinnett’s economy and experiences in its growth is because city gives incentives to allure leading companies. The city offers no municipal property taxes to companies and add on that city manager could offer reduction in development or building permit fees plus some more advantages to city’s targeted businesses like technology and life sciences. Beside the excellent pro-business environment, Peachtree Corners has the longest stretch of the Chattahoochee River, there are miles of walking trails along the river and four Gwinnett County parks; Simpsonwood, Jones Bridge, Pinkneyville, and Holcomb Bridge Road.
